Don’t get us wrong, we love a classic Margarita, but sometimes they can just get so… boring. We’re keeping things fun with this Avocado Basil Jalapeño twist. It’s a vibrant take on the classic, offering a delightful mix of sweet, savory, spicy, and herbal notes.

The avocado adds a smooth, creamy texture that complements the tangy lime juice and tequila. Fresh basil muddled with jalapeño brings a touch of garden to the party, with a hint of heat that keeps things interesting.

We originally created this margarita for a refreshing, unexpected Cinco de Mayo drink, but it’s perfect for spring and the warm summer days ahead. Finish it off with a salty chili-rimmed glass for a delicious stay-home-and-spice-things-up cocktail. This margarita is just easy to create, uses minimal ingredients, and is oh so very good!

This recipe makes two margaritas. If you’re entertaining a crowd, simply multiply the ingredients accordingly. And of course, if you do make this recipe, don’t forget to tag us on Instagram! Looking through the photos and videos of recipes you all have made is our favorite.

Ready to impress with a unique and totally refreshing margarita? Let’s get muddling!
(and for all you visual learners, you can see how we made it here :))
