A delightfully bright and fresh drink for when you want a mimosa with more personality!
makes 2
Attention over achievers: Allie is the kind of girl who won’t buy orange juice or bread because she can make it at home. When it comes to work, she puts so much energy into everything she does that it leads to copious amounts of stress and sometimes imposter syndrome.
So this year, she’s committed to finding balance even when it feels hard. She’s taking breaks, making more personal time, and learning to be a little more gentle with herself– something we could all do, if you ask me. Lately, she’s also been sipping on seasonal cocktails like this Spring Blossom that we whipped up with a chamomile-rosemary-honey syrup, which just so happens to be a stress reliever. It’s been sparking joy for her and really maximizing the relaxation in those “personal times” she’s taking. And as her partner, I’m so here for it.
This drink is bright and fresh, but still a little earthy and low key, so she works just as well for brunch as she does for an evening cocktail!
This recipe makes two drinks (because it’s so much better when shared!) If you’re entertaining a crowd, simply multiply the ingredients accordingly. And of course, if you do make this recipe, don’t forget to tag us on Instagram! Looking through the photos and videos of recipes you all have made is our favorite.
For all you visual learners, you can see how we made it here! 🙂
