Ingredients

  • 1 ounces gin
  • 1 ounces orange juice
  • 1 tbsp chamomile rosemary honey syrup
  • 3 ounces prosecco

For the chamomile rosemary honey syrup:

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary
  • 1 chamomile tea bag
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

  • Make the syrup: Stir water, herbs and honey together in a small pot. Heat on medium heat for about 10 minutes until syrup comes together. Remove from heat and steep for 20-30 minutes, then strain.
  • In a shaker, combine ice, gin, orange juice and syrup. Shake and strain into a coupe. Top with prosecco and garnish with a rosemary sprig and chamomile flowers.
