Equipment

  • 1 Cocktail shaker

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Empress Indigo gin
  • 2 oz Elderflower liqueur preferably St. Germain Elderflower
  • 3 oz grapefruit juice
  • 6 oz prosecco

Instructions

  • Chill a coupe glass in the fridge or freezer while you mix the drinks.
  • Place gin, elderflower liqueur and grapefruit juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Cap and shake well for 30 seconds.
  • Strain cocktail into chilled coupe, then top with prosecco.
  • Garnish with purple edible flowers and an orange peel.
