Wild Violets of Sappho
A sparkling purple gin cocktail to celebrate sapphic love

- 3 oz Empress Indigo gin
- 2 oz Elderflower liqueur preferably St. Germain Elderflower
- 3 oz grapefruit juice
- 6 oz prosecco
Chill a coupe glass in the fridge or freezer while you mix the drinks.
Place gin, elderflower liqueur and grapefruit juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Cap and shake well for 30 seconds.
Strain cocktail into chilled coupe, then top with prosecco.
Garnish with purple edible flowers and an orange peel.
